Every National Valuation Service appraisal is conducted via an arms length, independent process, which meets or exceeds existing and pending state and federal appraiser independence regulations. Each completed appraisal report is accompanied by our HVCC Certificate of Compliance which clearly states that the appraisal was assigned by our independent process and completed without third party influence.
Appraisals are conducted by geographically competent Appraisers - who know their markets. The NVS.COOP Roster includes FHA, REO and Commercial Appraisers.
